Traditionally, yoga was practiced one-on-one with a teacher. Every person is different and needs unique, personal adjustments, tempo, and attention.
With a practice tailored specifically to you, you’ll be able to dive deeper and progress at your own pace. We’ll work on short and long-term goals together as needed, taking it one step at the time. If you are new to yoga we will take time to brake down and clarify all the poses with correct alignment and you'll learn how to move on breath. If you are a seasoned practitioner we will make sure you are challenged and find new ways to approach your practice. If you are recovering from an injury or are working with one, we will tailor the practice to your needs to ensure an efficient, long term recovery.
An adjustment or a right word at a right time, can change your perspective. So a private session has a potential to be a transformative experience.
The practice of yoga is truly an individual experience, and is most effective when practiced privately.
1 private session : 60 min $125
10 private sessions package : 10 % off full price - one session for free!
1 semi private session : 60 min $150
